1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies help websites remember information, secure sessions, measure performance and understand advertising results.

2. Cookies and storage we use

• Strictly necessary: security, server delivery and basic website operation. These do not require consent.
• Preference and session storage: selected cards, protected session access and quiz progress so you can safely continue or return to your reading.
• Product analytics: PostHog and Google Analytics 4 measure page and funnel use only when you allow product analytics. Google Analytics receives a privacy-filtered page address without private access tokens, questions, email addresses or arbitrary URL parameters. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration.
• Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel, fbp/fbc, fbclid and campaign parameters run only when you allow advertising measurement.
• Google Ads measurement: when enabled, the Google tag loads only after you allow advertising measurement. Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) and first-party _gcl_ cookies help relate an ad click to a confirmed purchase. A local record of recently sent order identifiers is kept for up to 30 days to reduce duplicate events. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising through this integration.
• Payment cookies: Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies during checkout for payment security and fraud prevention.

3. Consent

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies remain off until you choose to allow them. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or manage the two categories separately.

4. How to withdraw consent

Use “Cookie settings” in the website footer to change or withdraw either choice at any time. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Support details are published on the current Legal Notice page.

For Google measurement, we also honor Global Privacy Control. Withdrawing product analytics consent stops new Google Analytics page measurement. Withdrawing advertising consent stops new Google Ads purchase events and clears Google click cookies on this site. If you enable a withdrawn category again on the same page, its Google measurement resumes on your next page load.
