How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].

Please include the email address you used with the service and any order or visit reference you have, so we can find the correct records.

What we can delete

We can delete or anonymise service records such as website questions, selected cards, email delivery records, visit tokens and support messages where deletion is legally possible.

What we may need to keep

Some payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax or accounting records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Where we cannot delete something immediately, we will explain why.

Response time and complaint

We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Latvia, this is the Data State Inspectorate.
