1. Service

Leya Tarot provides personal tarot-style entertainment and self-reflection readings. The service is intended to help you reflect on a situation and is not a professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency service.

Leya is a digital character representing the Leya Tarot service, not an individual person. Every customer reading is created individually from the customer’s question. The physical five-card spread for each order is laid out by hand and photographed. Automated systems may assist with structuring and formatting written responses and with creating or processing graphics. Every completed result is checked and explicitly approved by a human before publication. Human review does not make tarot interpretations objectively true.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Readings are interpretive and subjective. We do not guarantee specific events, decisions, relationship outcomes, financial results or any particular future result.

4. How the service works

• You select three symbolic intention cards and complete a short website quiz with age confirmation, topic, question, optional context, name and email. After payment, five physical tarot cards are laid out by hand for your question and photographed exactly as they fall.
• Before payment, you review your topic, question, optional context, contact details, exact price and promised delivery time.
• Only a verified Stripe payment starts preparation. A successful browser redirect by itself is not treated as payment.
• The frozen five-card spread, positions and orientations are reused for the written reading, photo, PDF and included follow-up.
• The order contains a spread photo, a 700–950 word written interpretation, a Clarity Summary, a grounded next step, a private result page and a PDF.
• One written follow-up about the same spread is included if submitted within seven days after publication. It uses the original five-card spread and does not create a second spread. The reviewed answer is due within 12 hours.
• Your result requires an internal quality check and explicit approval before it is published.
• We send transactional email after verified payment, if delivery is delayed, when the reading or follow-up is ready, and about a refund request.
• The reading is due no later than 12 hours after verified payment. If preparation cannot be completed, we issue a full refund.
• Paid materials remain available while the service operates unless you remove the reading or a full refund revokes access. Payment and audit records follow the Privacy Policy.

5. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make after receiving a reading. Do not use this service for urgent, medical, legal, financial, safety or crisis decisions.

6. Payments

The exact product price and total payable are shown before each order. Payments are processed safely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it.

7. Refunds

Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of verified payment, including where a personal reading has already been started or delivered. See our Refund Policy for the process.

8. Contact

The price is $29 for each reading, including applicable sales tax, and the exact total payable is shown before checkout. Each reading is a one-time payment with no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Support: [email protected].
