1. Service

Lea Tarot provides personal tarot-style entertainment and self-reflection readings. The service is intended to help you reflect on a situation and is not a professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency service.

Lea is a fictional digital persona created for the service. AI systems may be used to assist with card interpretation, question analysis, drafting readings and preparing responses.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Readings are interpretive and subjective. We do not guarantee specific events, decisions, relationship outcomes, financial results or any particular future result.

4. How the service works

• You select three cards and complete a short website quiz with your topic, question, optional context and email address.
• Your personal reading is prepared with AI assistance and published on your secure result page.
• The free preview contains the spread photo and a short audio reading.
• The full personal PDF reading costs 14.90 EUR and payment is safely processed through Stripe.
• We send transactional email when the request is received and when the preview is ready. Your secure result page remains the source of truth.
• The preview is made available no later than 12 hours after we receive the required information.
• Your secure result page remains available for 30 days after the reading is published. Service and payment records may be retained separately as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make after receiving a reading. Do not use this service for urgent, medical, legal, financial, safety or crisis decisions.

6. Payments

The full personal reading price is 14.90 EUR. The total payable is shown before you place an order. Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorised to use it.

7. Refunds

Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of placing an order, including where a personal reading has already been started or delivered. See our Refund Policy for the process.
