Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund right
You may request a full refund within 14 days of verified payment for a personal reading. You do not need to give a reason.
2. If preparation or delivery has started
Our 14-day refund policy also applies if preparation has started or the personal reading has already been delivered.
3. How to request a refund
The fastest way is the “Request my refund” button on your private result page. You can also email [email protected] from the address used for payment. Include the order reference if available. No explanation is required.
4. How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. We process the refund without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving the request.
5. Non-delivery or technical problems
If you cannot access a paid reading, contact [email protected] so we can restore access or process the refund.
