Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund right
You may request a refund within 14 days of placing an order for a personal reading. You do not need to give a reason.
2. Readings already started or delivered
We honour this 14-day refund policy even if we have started preparing the reading or have already delivered it. This policy applies to all customers and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your order. Please include your name, the email address used for the order, and the order reference if you have it. A clear statement that you would like a refund is enough.
4. How refunds are paid
We process eligible refunds to the original payment method through Stripe. We will confirm receipt of your request and process the refund without undue delay, normally within 14 days.
5. After 14 days or non-delivery
After 14 days, or if you did not receive the reading within the stated timeframe, contact us so we can investigate your request. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
